With a name like Trinity Wars Prologue: Spine of the World, you can’t expect anything less than a stellar game to follow suit with the name, right? Right. That’s why this RPG has been receiving so much of a spotlight outside of the bigger gaming news circuits, because it’s reaching for something big and achieving it through Xbox Live.
In a recent interview with Platformnation.com CEO of TNT Gaming, Travon Santerre, had a word swapping session with Richard Webster about their Xbox Live Community Game, Trinity Wars Prologue: Spine of the World. The game has received quite a bit of attention to only have been made within six months. What makes the game stand out above many Xbox Community games and XBLA games in general, is that the game carries a ton of depth; 6-10 hours of progressive gameplay; a robust character development system; skills and customization options and a vast world to explore. It’s not often that games like this happen onto the gaming scene without a big budget, over-promotion, and under-achievement…*cough*God of War III*cough*. Even though TWP: Spine of the World isn’t a monumental blockbuster like Diablo III or Mass Effect 2, it does stretch gamers’ attention for it to be budget-priced software coming out of an independent studio.
