Abylight announced that the Nintendo DSi will be receiving the first in a new franchise of Music On apps, called Electric Keyboard. The software will become available in North America starting June 14 and in PAL territories starting June 4th.

According to the meager but informative press release…
An electronic keyboard to take everywhere with you! Get creative and relaxing moments transforming your Nintendo DSi in a complete electronic keyboard with a great variety of instruments and rhythms. This is the perfect way to have fun and impress your friends with your musical creations!

It’s like carrying around a miniature musical composition studio, save for the fact that it’s limited to only eight user configurable chords and 16 instruments. Still, it’s not a bad tool for the musically inclined to stay busy while on the go.

You can check out a full list of the program’s features below. Music On: Electric Keyboard will be available 200 Nintendo DSi Points. For more info on this casually creative software, be sure to visit the Official Website.
