Naruto is still chugging along like a ripe ninja honey badger, kicking and punching its way to continued success. With more than 10 million units shipped of the Naruto Shippuden games, Namco Bandai is bringing another sequel to the popular Ultimate Ninja Storm series, starting next spring.
On display right now at the San Diego Comic-Con, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 features even more combat, characters and modes than the previous Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. The game follows on the heels of this year's outing called Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations, which was met with startling success and helped put Namco on the top of the charts along with One Piece during March.
Carlson Choi, VP of Marketing for Namco Bandai Games America commented in the press release, saying...
“NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 continues our legacy of faithfully bringing exciting ninja action to home consoles,”...“This latest iteration not only improves upon the spectacular fighting mechanics, graphics and online functionality that the series is known for, but will propel players into the heart of the most exciting and epic chapter of the NARUTO SHIPPUDEN series.”
The game sports an all new story mode where players will go on a number of thrilling adventures centering around Konoha village, along with engaging in mammoth boss fights including the all new Nine-Tails demon.
