Watching the Bourne films it was clear that they could be made into a game. A super awesome agent with ninja moves, lots of car chases and explosions. The story has everything you need except a space marine, and the super power nature of Jason Bourne more than makes up for that. I challenge you to watch The Bourne Ultimatum and not walk around for at least an hour thinking about how you could take an enemy out with a few slick moves. Perhaps it’s similar to Rocky syndrome for us white folks.

Sierra Entertainment has today released a new extended trailer for the upcoming Bourne Conspiracy video game. The title is being developed for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The new content being added to the story is getting input from Ludlum Entertainment. I’m not sure what that means since the guy who created the world of Bourne is no longer alive. I’m sure this company, and his family, have good intentions…but there’s no way to get official endorsement by the creator. Not to mention that the books themselves were pretty rudimentary thrillers that just happen to contain a character and scenarios that work great in a visual medium.
