New PS3, PSP Content Now Coming On Tuesdays

Starting next week, Sony will be doing things a bit differently with PSN. Instead of releasing new PlayStation Store content (demos, DLC, etc.) on Thursdays, it'll occur on Tuesdays now.

Sony will formally make the switch on Tuesday, May 4th. They've got a good lineup for the new day, too. Modern Warfare 2's Stimulus Package map pack will hit the PS3 and Fat Princess: A Fistful Of Cake will be available for the PSP.

There's no mention in Sony's announcement of why they're making the change. Maybe the company feng shui expert decided Tuesdays have better energies.
