There's much we still don't know about Crackdown developer Realtime Worlds' upcoming MMO APB. One thing is for certain, though: you won't need to pay fifteen bucks a month to keep playing it.

"The actual price for the game itself is still under discussion. We can confirm that APB will not require a monthly subscription," says the FAQ on the official APB website (thanks, MCV).

APB is basically a massive multiplayer version of sandbox crime games like Crackdown or Grand Theft Auto. It's slated for a March 2010 release currently.
