Seattle gaming convention Penny Arcade Expo is now accepting registrations for its 2009 festival. The three-day convention will take place from Friday, September 4th to Sunday, September 6th.

One-day passes cost $30 apiece while a three-day pass is $50 so it's sort of in your financial best interest to spend your whole weekend there. You can register online through their website up until September 3rd. If you're not big on this whole Internet thing, you can register at the door but the daily and three-day tickets will cost an extra five bucks.

If you have any interest in going, it would be best to register in advance. PAX has gotten quite popular since debuting in 2004. PAX 2008 was attended by an estimated 58,500 gamers. PAX 2009 will be at Washington State Convention & Trade Center, the same location used in 2007 and 2008.
