Plain Sight Game Modes And Screenshots RevealedAuthor: William Usher

Beatnik Games has unveiled some of the new game modes and screenshots of their upcoming independent title, Plain Sight. The new screenshots could be cool if I could honestly tell you what was going on…but alas, I have no clue what’s happening other than that tons of colors are on display, along with ninja-robots with swords. That’s about all I could make out.
The modes, however, are strangely unique while still maintaining classic functionality, such as deathmatch and team deathmatch, which are exactly what they’ve always been. Then there is the Ninja! Ninja! Botzilla! mode which sees a bunch of tiny robot-ninjas on task of taking down a giant robot called Botzilla. Sounds fun, eh? Lighten Up is a turf war mode and then there’s the traditional Capture the Flag. Only, none of the traditional modes are all that traditional given the wacky premise of the gameplay. Of course, you can check out the full list of the game’s features below along with some brand new screenshots or head on over to the Official Website for more information. Plain Sight is due on March 22nd for the budget-price of $9.99 on Valve’s Steam-powered digital distribution service. Game Features: • 13 multiplayer maps • Battle up to 20 players • 5 self-destructive gameplay modes, • ‘Deathmatch’, ‘Ninja! Ninja! Botzilla’, ‘Lighten Up’, ‘Team Deathmatch/Weakest Clink’ and ‘Capture The Flag’ • In-game power-ups • 30 different robot upgrades to spend your experience points on • Perfect your skills against AI ninja robots in the offline practice mode • Dedicated server software included |
