PopCap Games announced a new release date today for the iPhone port of Plants vs. Zombies. It seems they'll make their mid-February target after all.

The tower defense game was expected last month but then given a last-minute delay by PopCap. It'll arrive on the App Store on Monday, February 15th. That's George Washington's birthday, which is perfect considering how much he liked training plants to massacre the undead.

In addition to announcing the date, PopCap sent out a new trailer. It's got a zombie bobsled team in it, so that's great.
