Hackers beware, G4Box’s Cross Fire is now heavily guarded by the latest in anti-hacking software. G4Box recently announced that a free update has been released for Cross Fire, which includes brand new items, maps and my personal favorite, better security against hackers.

According to the press release…

Just in time for the Thanksgiving weekend, Cross Fire and G4BOX have released an exciting new free update! The patch, which is available now, features the all-new Search and Destroy map, "Downtown", a sprawling urban environment in which players must race to defend or destroy key strategic positions throughout the city. The update also includes three new weapons.

The new happens happen to be the classic Winchester Rifle (like the Winchester boys on Supernatural), a Thompson SMG (for the Dillinger imitators) and an M16 Scope-Camo (classy yet professional).

G4’s Thanksgiving goodness doesn’t end there, though, they’re also offering 20 percent off on all cash shop items, so now would be the perfect time to snag some 2x experience bonus gear.
