One of the coolest new beat e’m up games ever is coming to the PSP on November 10th to retailers nationwide. However, if you can’t find time to drive to a retailer nearest you, there’s always the option of retrieving the game from the PlayStation Store on November 12th.
According to Crystal Murray, Public Relations Specialist at Atlus… "We almost didn't get this press release out," … "The game's raw beat 'em up action and addictive rise-to-the-top gameplay spontaneously ignited a king-of-the-hill style throwdown here at the Atlus offices. People were dressing up in all sorts of cool, unique outfits, just like in the game, and then proceeding to beat the living crap out of each other, vying for the title of ultimate Atlus badass. Unfortunately, things went awry when one of our editors ruptured a blood vessel in his eye trying to use his menchi beam. Get well soon, Clayton,"The game sports the ability to travel around the city of Kyouto and interact and beat the living mess out of anyone. The gimmick, however, is that players only have 7 days within the game to beat Japan’s 47 banchos and claim the title as the king of badasses. This means that players will have to monitor their time, kick the crap out of people with efficiency and master the laser-eye technique like only a bancho can. The game also sports two-player co-op, Night Out mode to challenging Yakuza wandering the streets after curfew, and pesky cops. Yep, you can’t be a rebellious badass without cops. If you liked River City Ransom for the NES and SNES then you’ll probably love this game. Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble is rated ‘T’ for Teen and you can learn more about this title by visiting the Official Website. |
