Well, the October/November release crunch is over and we here at Blend Games survived with our sanity mostly intact. There's still some big stuff coming out this month, though, and today sees Prince of Persia shipping in North America for PS3 and Xbox 360.
The next-gen installment of the classic series features a new Prince teaming up with a lass named Elika to stop Ahriman, an ancient god of darkness, from doing whatever it is that ancient gods of darkness do. As you can see from the TGS trailers, the game's pretty easy on the eyes and should sate your lust for pseudo-Arabian magical platforming action.
A PC version of the game will be released on December 9th. In addition, Prince of Persia: The Fallen King, an exclusive adventure for the DS, shipped today.
