The day before you make history at the voting booths, you will have an opportunity to partake in a midnight launch party for Quantum of Solace: The Game. Starting at 10:00pm on Monday, a day before the election, gamers can visit Best Buy for prizes, events and special treats leading up to the midnight release of James Bond in 007: Quantum of Solace.

Let’s get right to the good stuff: There’s prizes that range from $10.00 all the way up to $2,500. In fact, Best Buy is giving away three PlayStation 3 units, a Sony BRAVIA XBR 52” 1080p Flat-Panel LCD HDTV and some other goodies. If I wasn’t the laziest gamer I know, I would probably attend the midnight event.

A super-special treat is also in store for those who get Best Buy by 10:00pm. As they can partake in performing “Another Way to Die” by Jack White and Alicia Keys, which will soon be available on Guitar Hero: World Tour (remember people, this is Activision. It’s all about streamlined marketing).

There will be more than 136 Best Buy stores, nationwide, participating in this special launch event.
