Four new screenshots from Red Dead Redemption were released by Rockstar Games tonight. They show a couple of the characters you'll encounter in the Wild West.

"Marston and the local snake oil salesman, Nigel West Dickens, set off some dynamite to clear the path for a swift getaway," reads the caption for one of the shots. In the second shot, rancher's daughter Bonnie McFarlane pays protagonist John Marston a visit. The other two pictures are pretty standard fare, showing Marston in a gun fight and riding a horse.

RDR hits the PS3 and Xbox 360 on April 27th.
