Remedy Entertainment wants you to be surprised by the ending of Xbox 360 exclusive Alan Wake. This is a tough task considering how fond the Internet is of spoilers but the developers have cooked up a solution.

"We'll clearly discuss with some of our friends at Microsoft whether we even give the ending of the game for anybody's preview," Remedy Entertainment managing director Matias Myllyrinne told G4. "I'd like to hold it back, [I] don't want anybody to spoil it for the audience. That's just my personal feeling."

What he means is that advance copies of the game sent to journalists wouldn't include the game's ending. Seems like an okay idea but considering the amount of people that work on a game like Wake, I'd be shocked if the ending didn't hit the Internet before the game's launch this spring.
