Ridge Racer Unbounded Features Music From Skrillex, Crystal Method
Namco Bandai released some new info on the upcoming Ridge Racer Unbounded, detailing that the game will feature music from Grammy award winning artist Skrillex, as well as the iconic house-rock group, Crystal Method.
Namco revealed that Skrillex's ‘Kill Everybody’ and ‘Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites’ will make it onto the Ridge Racer Unbounded soundtrack, along with music from Noisia & The Upbeats, Scratch Perverts, Unknown Error, OVERSEER and newcomers RuN RiOT and Ever Never.
Nevertheless, Namco isn't foregoing roots on the latest Ridge Racer and they're going old-school with some fresh tunes from legendary Ridge Racer composer Hiroshi Okubo, who has provided music to the franchise for more than 18 years. Fans will have some throwback tunes to look forward to as well as brand new tracks from Okubo.
The game itself is a high-octane, destruction-based racer that sees players tearing through the streets in some of the flashiest cars known to man with nothing but pure adrenaline fueling the action and enough explosive destruction to make Michael Bay blush.
The game has also recently been hit with a bit of a delay, so you'll be seeing Ridge Racer Unbounded land on retail shelves for the Xbox 360 and PS3 later this year as opposed to later this month. For more info feel free to visit the Official Ridge Racer Website.
