All kinds of crazy rumors have been popping up lately. However, this rumor is substantiated from the Official PlayStation Magazine of the UK. And what does this rumor spout? Well, it spouts the possibility of Infinity Ward, the same people who brought you Call of Duty 4, could be working on a new game that’s similar to Assassin’s Creed.

The rumor made its way all the way across the pond via TheGameReviews. The same people who will bring gamers Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 later this year will also bring forth this science-fiction Assassination game. What’s more, though, is that the same article also goes on to confirm that The Wheelman, the Midway published title, will now be published by Ubisoft.

In actuality, it’s not even a rumor given that retailers like Gamestop are already re-branding the game with the Ubisoft label. Furthermore, an official announcement is due out soon regarding Ubisoft’s plans for the Vin Diesel open-world driving game.
