I’m thinking this is the biggest game of the year...wait, no, this is the biggest game of the decade. I know Sony fanboys are thinking that KillZone 3 will be the biggest game of the decade and Microsoft fanboys just know that Halo 4: The Rebirth of Master Chief will be the biggest game of the decade, but no, that title belongs to the two biggest mascots clashing in one game, Sonic and Mario.

Now just because this game has an all-star line-up of both Nintendo and Sega’s top-notch gaming icons, doesn’t mean that this game won’t potentially be bargain-bin bait. However, it’s because of these clangoring titans that Mario And Sonic At The Olympic Games could be a worth-while title. And judging from the way the game is promoted in the following trailer, it gives us every bit of the impression that it’s going to be a huge big-to-do for Sega and Nintendo.

As for the trailer itself...well, it’s nothing special. Just a promotional piece giving us the faint idea of what this game might be like. We all know, though, that Sonic would smoke Mario in a foot race. Fanboyism aside, you Nintendo fans know darn well that the chubby plumber is fast, but he’s not that fast. The game is due out for the Wii and Nintendo DS this upcoming holiday season.
