Mezmer Games has some disappointing news for those of you hoping to celebrate 4/20 with the surreal RTS Stalin Vs. Martians. The game's digital worldwide release, originally slated for today, has been postponed "due to the long march across the Siberian tundra."

"A dictator is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to,” said executive producer Tom Söderlund. No actual reason for the delay was provided.

The game will be released later this month but an exact date wasn't provided. The press released noted that you can still pre-order the game through GamersGate or Direct2Drive for a 20% discount off the normal price of $19.99 / €17.99.
