Capcom announced today that the PC port of fighting game Street Fighter IV is now available. It can be purchased through retail stores or through several leading digital distribution services.

The game is priced at $39.99. If you're craving a digital copy, you can grab it at Capcom e-Store, Steam, Direct2Drive, Metaboli, GamersGate, and Impulse. Guess Capcom wasn't lying when they said they want to be a leader in digital distribution.

The PC version supporters higher resolution graphics than the PS3/Xbox 360 versions. In addition, there's three new visual shaders (Watercolor, Poster, and Sumi-E ink styles) that you can use to give the game a more artsy look. If you don't want to play the game with a keyboard (and why the hell would you), then the press release suggests you grab the $59.99 Mad Catz Fight Pad bundle, which comes with the game as well as a Ryu gamepad.
