Fans of Jet Grind Radio and Jet Set Radio haven’t had much in the way of sequels, prequels or spin-offs. However, gPotato has taken advantage of the under-used genre and have made a fair bit of success with their cel-shaded, rollerblading game, Street Gears. Just recently, the company announced that a new form of content will be available for the game starting at the end of this month.

According to the press release, “Street Gears allows players to become riders, racers who live to experience freedom and wild experiences. With the July update, players will now be able to discover Grunvilleï, a brand new track that will be available to all riders with a novice license.”

In addition to the new track gPotato has also announced that new tuning options, shops and skates will be available for players to use. This means faster skating, better tricks and more bragging rights to whoever can get to the finish line first.
