New Super Mario Bros. Wii U Gets 14-Minute Gameplay Video
As New Super Mario Bros. Wii U's release approaches, Nintendo is becoming much more forthcoming. They've sent out a full 14 minutes' worth of gameplay footage.
The video seems to be showing off the Boost Rush mode from the game. Boost Rush challenges a team of players to race through a level and complete it together. The screen scrolls forward on its own, forcing you to keep moving.
Multiplayer is a key component of New Super Mario Bros. Wii U. Four players can journey through levels together, with a fifth player acting as an invisible helper with the Wii U GamePad. Even when you're playing alone, you can essentially play with friends by competing with them through Challenge Mode.
New Super Mario Bros. Wii U will be released alongside the Wii U console in November.
