Konami, who always deliver for the Tokyo Game Show, are prepared to call down the thunder again this year. And by “thunder” we obviously mean the premiere Konami health and fitness titles for the DS and Wii! Not only will Konami be showing off these groundbreaking, not to mention blockbuster selling, games, but they’ll be offering gamers a chance to experience the latest Metal Gear Solid title. The fourth game in the series is going to be on the floor, ready for the grubby hands of the masses.
While we all may love the crazy antics of Kojima and the crew who create Metal Gear, that game will sell nothing compared to the fitness titles coming out. We’re not sure how sad to feel about that, because we are still getting MGS4 after all. Konami has a virtual smorgasbord of games to show at this year’s event. Pilates, Yoga and Skin Basic will be on hand for the Nintendo DS, as well as Time Hollow. They are also showcasing the new Silent Hill Origins: Zero for PSP, which looks to be made especially for Silent Hill 1 and 2 fans. Not to be left out, the Wii will play host to Big Head Baseball and Big Head MLB, along with two new Winning Eleven titles. Konami’s showing at TGS 07 is looking to be another winning combination. Stay tuned for all the Konami information you can handle, there may even be sexy octopus battles. |
