Good news for all three of you who purchased No More Heroes for the Wii: Goichi Suda will get his wish and is preparing No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle. Little has been revealed besides the title but a teaser trailer has been released.

Eccentric designer Goichi Suda ("SUDA-51") told Gamespot earlier this year that he was ready to jump right in to a follow-up to the equally eccentric No More Heroes. A teaser trailer has already been leaked, possibly preceding a more official and specific announcement to come later in the 2008 Tokyo Game Show.

The original was met with mostly good reviews though sales were lackluster. Nevertheless, with Nintendo working actively to counter complaints that they've left the hardcore gamer behind, it's probably a pretty good time to be a third-party developer with a small but vocal cult following.
