Namco Bandai’s handheld port of the well-received console fighting game, Tekken 6, has just gone gold. This means that the developers are done and finished with the code, design and everything else in between.
According to the press release… TEKKEN 6 brings the blockbuster fighting franchise onto multiple platforms for the first time with uncompromising quality, a robust gameplay experience, and the largest roster ever seen in the series. Players can test their might in a variety of game modes such as Arcade, Story, Time Attack, Survival, and Gold Rush to collect in-game money, customization items and view character specific storylinesBlend Games’ own Rich Knight had some pretty good things to say about the Tekken 6 console-counterpart in his review, so it’s probably safe to assume that the PSP version will be equally as fun, especially with the ad-hoc mode present for multiplayer purposes. Tekken 6 for the PSP is rated ‘T’ for Teen and will retail for the suggested price of $39.99. You can look for it to hit store shelves come November 24th.
