New Tekken 6 footage that doesn’t show off much gameplay but shows off enough to get gamers geeked up for the newest iteration in the Tekken franchise. The game isn’t due out until Fall for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but at least now you know what to look forward to when Autumn rolls around.

I’m still pissed that Baek died after Tekken 2, but bringing him back in the Tag Tournament was a good call by Namco. Thank you, Namco, for thinking about us Baek fans.

Moving on to the important aspects of this news story…the new screenshots are kind of cool but don’t really encompass some of the newer game features of Tekken 6. Weapons and accessories actually play a big part of the gameplay, in that players can equip their character with all kinds of crazy, outlandish and downright dirty equipment to help land them a victory. New characters are also present, which the screenshots detail ever so slightly, but they’re at least present.
