Activision revealed today that they have a "healthy downloadable content plan" for the video game adaptation of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. It's maybe the easiest setup for a "more than meets the eye" joke we've heard in a while.

A rep from Activision told MTV Multiplayer that the DLC will "incorporate more characters" into the game. These new characters will most likely cost you a few bucks because well...Activision's a company and companies like money. I'm hoping they add Unicron as a playable character and let players swallow entire levels.

Revenge of the Fallen will be released on Jun 15e for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Microsoft Windows, Wii, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, and PlayStation Portable. The film will hit theaters on June 24th.
