The new debut trailer for Tron Evolution was released and unlike a few games shown off at the VGAs, it's clear when this game will be arriving and for what systems. The only problem is that it doesn’t look like much of an upgrade over Tron 2.0.

Hopefully those aren’t the graphics from the game because it looks like HD visuals from the original Xbox and the animations and lighting look a bit lazy compared to the original movie’s awesome frame-by-frame glow effect. Of course, there’s plenty of time between now and the release date to brush up the graphics and ensure that the lighting and aesthetic are the real stars of the upcoming game.

You can check out the debut trailer for Tron Evolution. The game is due out – as stated in the trailer – holiday 2010 for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
