Sony has announced the first games to utilize the new Trophy system when the 2.40 update rolls out on Wednesday. The list is all first party titles, although a few new third party games will start utilizing the system. A few games will require an update and all of them require another playthrough to earn the Trophies. No automatic Trophy wins for you if you’ve beaten any of the following games.

• LittleBigPlanet
• MotorStorm Pacific Rift
• NBA 09
• PAIN*
• PixelJunk Eden
• Resistance 2
• SOCOM: Confrontation
• Super Stardust HD*
• Warhawk*

Games with an asterisk will require a download to get access to the Trophy system. Also on the Trophy support list is BioShock and Novastrike.
