Ubisoft has been part of a firestorm of gaming news, as of late. Heck, they even trumped the likes of the spotlight-hog, Electronic Arts, for this week. Regardless of PR news flooding, though, this is all about business. In fact, Ubisoft has just announced that Far Cry 2 owners will have a special treat in the Fortune Pack, which will be available for the game through the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network Store.

The Fortune Pack is a nifty assortment of tools made for destruction: new vehicles, new weapons and new ways to kill. The best part about this downloadable content is that it's applicable for both single and multiplayer use. Now that's what I call a fortune pack.
