It’s probably not what you think or maybe it is, either way Sony has taken their HD action-adventure game to select movie theatres and invited press to experience the game on the big screen.

According to Hollywood Reporter…

Part of Sony's broader move into alternative programming for movie theaters, the plans call for sneak previews of the video game Monday-Tuesday at the Landmark Embarcadero in San Francisco, Muvico theaters in Rosemont, Ill., and Thousand Oaks, Calif., and Lincoln Square Cinemas in Bellevue, Wash.

The event will mainly be for press and feature five-on-five multiplayer deathmatch competitions for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Tickets are available at the aforementioned select theatres for the blockbuster movie price of $15.
