If you order through their website, you can get the game for 10% off. The game's only $29.99 normally so that means the price is merely being reduced by $3. That's not the whole deal, though.

GameStop is also currently offering free shipping on all purchases above $25. That will save you another $6-10. The catch is that you'll have to wait longer than normal to get the game (5 to 10 business days). That's a pretty long delay but hey, you managed to wait two years to pick up Uncharted so you can last for a few more days.
