Konami released a new trailer during this year's Spike TV's Video Game Awards for the upcoming Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, showing off some awesome sword-swinging action in a nice, full, three minute trailer.

The video is almost like visual overkill, and I mean that in a good way. Raiden kicks so much butt it's almost not even funny. Well, in some regards it's kind of funny because as I said, it's just straight up overkill. And this easily gets itself nominated as one of the coolest trailers of the year.



And can the cybernetic ninja armor get any cooler? Really? I think ninjas may have just graduated from the lower tiers of zombies and pirates, and possibly moved up alongside knights, samurais and vampires. That's good stuff.
