GameTrailers released the opening cinematic for the Japanese action-RPG for the Wii. Due out this upcoming October for the Wii, Valhalla Knights puts players in the role of two heroes trying to save Eldar from evil. Is there any other entity worth saving the land from? Apparently not in the world of JPRGs. Anyway, the game sports cooperative online play and that’s probably good news for Wii owners who seem to be lacking in he department of real games.

The new opening cinematic isn’t bad but it certainly isn’t on the line of other cinematic sequences recently released. Then again, this game is a port over from the PSP and it’s not really reasonable to expect top-notch cinematic sequences that you might see in a game like, Secret World. Still, if you’re into the whole lone-warriors, battling hordes of baddies with magic attacks and a sword then the trailer is probably worth watching.
