Weekly Recap: Evolve Delayed And 5 Other Big Stories
This week's recap is a little late off the factory line but it's here nonetheless. Things kicked off with a bit of excitement in the previous week when modders managed to find out what was inside GTA V's files to uncover new data and details on the heists. The new info is very promising and seems to indicate that online heists are coming sooner rather than later.
BioShock has also made the leap onto mobile devices. The game looks worse and has worse controls, but BioShock is BioShock, right? The news that managed to rock the core of the gaming community was the announcement of Evolve from Turtle Rock Studios being delayed from out of the crowded October line-up and into early February of 2015. There's also indication that Sleeping Dogs is being ported over to the Xbox One and PS4. And long time Bioware producer Casey Hudson has parted ways from the company. These stories and more in this edition of the Weekly Recap.
GTA V Heist Details LeakedIf you've been patiently waiting for more details on the upcoming heist content for GTA V, it looks like some new info has leaked. The Xbox One may not be able to hit 1080p so easy, even with the help of DirectX 12. Both Mortal Kombat X and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare dominated YouTube this past summer. EA is giving Sims 3 expansion pack owners some benefits and goodies when they upgrade to The Sims 4. The PS4 continues to outsell the Xbox One by a 3-to-1 margin in Germany. The Xbox One could be getting a Sunset Overdrive bundle with a white livery, if a French retail outlet is anything to go by.
