Weekly Recap March 10th: SimCity Reboot, Capcom's DLC Fiasco, Halo 4 Assets

This has been a real rollercoaster week when it came to gaming news. I'm sure a lot of gamers are outraged and saddened about the turn of events involving the direction the industry is headed with this on-disc DLC thing, and Capcom gets caught right there in the crossfire of it all, too, when hackers uncover more than 30% of the content of the disc is locked away and requires additional purchases. On the brighter side of the fence there's some new assets for Halo 4 and EA has announced a reboot for SimCity.
