Earlier this month, Square revealed that Dissidia Duodecim: Final Fantasy would be hitting Japan in early 2011. That's not the only place it's going to be released, though.

Square Enix sent out an announcement today confirming that Dissidia Duodecim - or Dissidia 012 - will coming to North America, Europe, and other PAL territories. It's set to hit the West in 2011. They don't narrow down that estimate at all so they might mean Fall 2011. Point is, it's going to be released here so smile, you stoic bastard.

Duodecim is a PSP fighting game in which characters from various Final Fantasy games battle in one-on-one duels. Thus far, three characters have been confirmed for Duodecim: FFXIII's Lightning, FFVI's Kain Highwind, and FFVII's Tifa Lockheart.
