Long-running strategy series Panzer General's latest installment hits Xbox Live Arcade this week. PG: Allied Assault will be available on Wednesday along with puzzle game Tower Bloxx Deluxe for 800 Microsoft Points ($10).
PG: Allied Assault takes you through the last act of World War II, including D-Day and Battle of the Bulge. You must achieve victory by using a customized deck of 60 digital cards, which include unit cards (tanks, infantry, etc.) and action cards (air strikes, reinforcements). Winning battles allows you to earn new cards for your deck. The game features both a single-player campaign and head-to-head online skirmishes.
Tower Bloxx Deluxe tasks players with building insanely tall towers without, you know, fucking it up and killing everyone inside. The game was previously released for the PC and iPhone last year. The principal difference between those and the XBLA incarnation is that the latter has new multiplayer modes.
