So we know about legendary battles that include Pirates vs Ninjas or Zombies vs Robots. But I guess ClickGamer and independent studio radiolaris wanted to mix up the versus-pool a bit and throw in some sheep to the blend and the result is Zombies Vs Sheep.

According to the press release…

“Zombies vs. Sheep is a frenetic tap-to-shoot game set in a Mexican-themed shooting gallery. Your mission: Protect the sheep from incoming waves of zombies. As the evening gets darker you will face more and stronger enemies. You are the last hope of the sheep.”

Players will use the iPhone to tilt it around to move the sheep on the screen to avoid zombies, bats and other hazards while collecting coins. Players must also simultaneously shoot zombies who are trying to feast on the poor sheep by tapping them on the screen. The game is currently available for the iPhone and iPod Touch for only $0.99. That’s not a bad deal for a game where you pummel zombies in Mexican hats with bullets.
