Aliens: Colonial Marines Bug Hunt DLC Unlocks Early For Xbox 360 Gamers

Sega and Gearbox Software have been silent Sams regarding Aliens: Colonial Marines following the Xeno-Gate fallout. Well, public controversies or not, a publisher has to do what a publisher has to do and as indicated by the new videos appearing online, the Bug Hunt DLC is already available to Xbox 360 gamers.

Sega has done diddly squat to promote the content for Aliens: Colonial Marines, mostly because it caused quite a public stir after release.

Nevertheless,AVP Galaxy managed to get their hands on a bunch of videos like the one above, showcasing some of the gameplay of the Bug Hunt mode for the game.

AVP Galaxy notes that the Bug Hunt DLC hasn't unlocked yet for Steam users but Xbox 360 gamers were able to gain early access if they purchased the game from Wal-Mart, which allowed gamers to redeem the DLC code sooner than expected.

The Bug Hunt DLC is an objective based survival mode where players will take on wave after wave of increasingly difficult AI opponents.

You can look for the DLC to launch soon for everyone, but don't be surprised if Sega or Gearbox decide to completely forgo promoting the content in light of all the controversy. On the upside, at least Gearbox is still pumping out quality content for Borderlands 2...right, right?!
