Starting today you can download Arma 2: Free through Bohemia Interactive's website. Arma 2: Free is, as the name implies, a free-to-play version of the military sim Arma 2.

Free gives you access to multiplayer with up to 50+ players. Dedicated server support and a mission editor are also included. Free players will also be able to enjoy user-made missions, campaigns, and multiplayer modes originally created for Arma 2.

Obviously, the free version of Arma 2 doesn't have everything, though. You'll miss out on the campaign, HD graphics and support for user-made mods and addons. To access those features, you'll need to buy the regular version of the game.
