Irrational Games really set a new kind of trend in the world of first-person shooters with BioShock. The original game introduced us to the now iconic Big Daddy and Little Sister as well as a whole new take on a story-oriented shooter. Irrational Games is looking to break through the mold again and inculcate the genre with the war torn, thought-provoking uprising taking place on a little floating island in the upcoming BioShock: Infinite.

The new trailer features Irrational’s Ken Levine, the creative director, talking about how the two factions in BioShock: Infinite will make the player’s stay in Columbia as unpleasant as possible. The little that we get to see definitely seems to keep the tensions high and the stress levels intact from the previous games.
