City Of Steam Beta Key Giveaway [CLOSED]

On Friday, Mechanist Games will begin a closed beta for their MMORPG City of Steam. If steampunk fantasy is your thing, keep reading because Gaming Blend has dozens of beta keys to share with you.

In Steam, players explore a mechanized planet called the World Machine. They can construct a character from 10 races and 4 classes. The choices don't end once you've created your character, because the game features branching storylines.

City of Steam doesn't require a big download and installation. Instead, you can play the entire game through a web browser. All you'll need to do is download a Unity3D plugin.

The closed beta will have four phases: Springtide (Nov. 16th to 20th), Summercrest (Nov. 30th to Dec. 4th), Autumnwane (Dec. 14th to 18th) and Winter Festival (Dec. 23 to 28th). A single beta key is all that's needed to access all four tests. Eventually Mechanist Games will host an open beta as well. Certain features planned for the open test will be available during the closed beta as well if enough players share details on the game through social media or buy premium Collaborator Packs.
