Crysis Dated For Xbox 360 And PS3Author: Pete Haas

The console remake of 2007 shooter Crysis will arrive in October as scheduled. Today publisher EA provided gamers with an exact release date.
Crysis will make its Xbox Live and PSN debut on October 4th. That date only applies to the North American PSN, though, because it's a Tuesday. The European PSN will receive the game on the following day. The Xbox 360/PS3 Crysis updates the game with CryEngine 3. It features remastered visuals, with new lighting and other special effects. The Nanosuit controls have been redone in some fashion. Stereoscopic 3D support is included as well. The announcement trailer from earlier this month is below.
