Cooperative functionality in video games is always an important part of the game. No matter what people say, anytime a game features a co-op mode it’s better that it’s there (and sometimes broken) than to not be there at all. In the case of Gas Powered Games upcoming action-strategy game, Demigods, gamers get a full look inside the multiplayer component of the game and what it means for co-op fans.
Nicholas "bapenguin" Puleo from Co-Optimus had an extensive interview session with Mike Marr, lead designer, from Gas Powered Games. The interview ranged on a number of topics, but primarily centered around the game’s cooperative modes. Speaking of which, Demigods will feature both five-player local and online modes. The game will so sport multiplayer tournament modes and persistent item upgrades. You can check out the full article at Co-Optimus, as they break down the good and the greater parts of Gas Powered Games’ upcoming title, which is due out this April for PC.
