Dishonored Experience Video Talks Maniacs And Ninjas

The third installment of "The Making Of Dishonored" was released this morning. In this newest video, the team at Arkane Studios talks about the element of player choice central to the game.

Dishonored stars Corvo, a former bodyguard accused of murdering the Empress. Players follow him on his path of revenge. However, the exact way he conducts himself throughout the story is up to the player.

To complete missions, players will use a combination of gadgets, weapons and magical powers. They can kill everyone in sight or take the stealthy approach. It's even possible to avoid killing anyone. These decisions will have in-game consequences.

Dishonored sounds like it will be warmly greeted by Deus Ex fans. The similarities between the games aren't too surprising; DX co-designer Harvey Smith is a designer on this project as well.

Arkane will release Dishonored on October 9th in North America and on October 12th in Europe.
