E3 2012: Inversion Multiplayer Screenshots Released

Namco Bandai has some new screenshots available for the third-person shooter, Inversion. The game has been dark for quite some time since the last set of multiplayer trailers which didn't look so great. Since then the game has been delayed but it looks like the new screenshots aim to breathe some new life into the upcoming title.

Inversion is a unique third-person co-op shooter that lets players manipulate space, gravity and object dispersion. You can think of it like a Jedi force-wielding game except you get to use guns and sometimes the entire environment will become manipulated that can alter the entire battlefield.

As mentioned at the top of the article, the game's multiplayer was looking kind of um...well, let's just say it was about as enticing as a half-naked bum begging for a sandwich outside the Benu in San Francisco. It's just all kinds of wrong, you know?

Well, the developers have been spending their time fixing up the game, re-working the multiplayer and getting rid of the half-naked bum parts, so that instead players get a fully working experience with a delightfully fleshed out multiplayer component.

You can check out the new screenshots for Inversion below. The game was scheduled to release yesterday in North America (haven't received the press release about it though), but the website says it's "coming soon", so um...yeah. Anyways, Inversion is due out this Friday in Europe. For more info feel free to visit the Official Website.
