EVGA Unleashes GeForce GTX 760 And Summer Sales

EVGA has announced that the weapon of choice for gamers is none other than the GeForce GTX 760. The 700 series cards was also Microsoft's weapon of choice for showing gamers how cool their games were at E3. So now, just like Microsoft, you can rock a PC that can play Xbox One games on the highest settings.

As noted in the news alert...
EVGA is also extending the award winning ACX Cooling to the EVGA GeForce GTX 760 line. With a 40% increase in heatsink volume, the EVGA ACX is more efficient at dissipating heat, allowing for 15% lower GPU temperatures.

Even the fan blades are of the highest quality; with a 700% increase in strength, and 25% lower weight when compared to competitors. This makes the fans 20% more efficient by requiring lower power levels. EVGA is also using double ball bearing fans which offer a 12 year lifespan, 4X longer when compared to competitors!

Some of the power of a Titan but with the cooling mechanisms of an AMD card. You can't really beat that combination, especially considering that Nvidia cards are known for packing a serious power punch but sometimes have serious issues with overheating and maintaining a decent temperature *cough*7000 and 9000 series*cough*.

The GTX 760 also sports SMX Engine technology for double the render speed of geometry as well as Nvidia's proprietary FXAA/MSAA tech to render frames with some of the highest antialiasing available. No more jaggies, no more blurry textures. In fact, the GTX 760 is so powerful it can turn an ugly duckling into a prom queen, or a donkey into a stud, or it can turn Joe Biden from a mannequin into a human being... now that's powerful!

Pixel clock control, cover caps and PCI-E 3.0 technology round out some of the GTX 760's features.

EVGA also followed up the news with the start of a summer sale, unleashing some discounts and rebates on select lines of their high-end graphics cards. There is a $30 mail-in rebate for the GTX 680 Classified, a $20 rebate offer for the GTX 670 FTW, and a $30 rebate for the GTX 660Ti FTW. The discounts are a bit paltry but a discount is a discount, and you can check 'em out over on the official EVGA products page.

If you're interested in the GTX 760, and you'd like to learn more about the series of cards that can run Xbox One games with ease, feel free to pay a visit to the official GTX 760 page.
