Today is Day Three of the 12 Days Of Xbox Deals event. The Fallout series is the subject of the day's discount. Select DLC from Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas is 50% cheaper until Friday.

The Fallout 3 DLC episodes received discounts are Mothership Zeta, Broken Steel and Operation Anchorage. Old World Blues, Dead Money, Lonesome Road and Honest Hearts are the Vegas add-ons now available on the cheap. Each add-on adds new quests to the wasteland.

Not sure why they didn't discount the other DLC available for the two games. Maybe they assume that the half-priced add-ons will drive you into a shopping rampage that can only be quelled by purchasing the other DLC at full price. Seems like as good of a plan as any.

Xbox Live will host a different deal every day until January 2nd. Several discounts on games, DLC, and Avatar items are also in effect for the entire 12 days.
