Download-only shooter Gotham City Impostors received a stylish new trailer today. The animated short follows a Batman and Joker impersonator on their daily routine.

In Impostors, players take on the role of Batman and Joker wannabees, dubbed the Bats and Jokerz. Each player will be able to make their own custom character. They can specify the character's costume, gadgets and weapons.

Once you've created your own character, you - like the characters in this video - head out to hunt down the opposing gang. Bats and Jokerz engage in shootouts throughout Gotham City. The game supports battles as large as 12 players.

Impostors is due in early 2012 on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
